CREATIVES

The Launchpad for New African Cinema

The Osun International Film Festival is deeply committed to supporting, nurturing, and discovering emerging student filmmakers from universities, polytechnics, and media schools across Africa and the globe.

The OIFF Student Education serves as a prestigious, high-visibility stage where students can challenge traditional boundaries, experiment with modern visual techniques, and tell compelling stories reflecting indigenous cultures, modern identity, and societal change. All selected films receive feedback from a specialized panel of industry jurors, with winners earning production education and financial grants.
